Are your products authentic?
Every piece is selected by the Orvelle team for its materials and finish, and described honestly on its product page — material, dimensions and origin included.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest; an account simply keeps your details and order history in one place.
How do I find my size?
Every shoe and clothing page links to its size guide with EU, UK and US conversions and body measurements. Between sizes? Choose the larger one, or message us.
How should I care for leather?
Keep leather away from direct heat and rain, store bags stuffed and in their dust bag, and wipe with a soft dry cloth. Each product lists its own care advice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it leaves for delivery — just message us with your order number.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every Orvelle order arrives in our signature box. Add a note at checkout and we will include a handwritten card.
