The terms that apply when you buy from Orvelle: orders, prices, payment, delivery, exchanges and promo codes.

Who you are buying from
These terms apply to every order placed with Orvelle, an online boutique based in Beirut, Lebanon — on this website, or through Instagram, WhatsApp, by phone or in our shop. You can reach us at info@orvellelb.com or on WhatsApp at +961 00 000 000.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by phone before delivery, and the sale is final once we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a piece sells out, a price was shown in error, or we cannot reach you to confirm — and if you have already paid, we refund you in full.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include any taxes that apply. Delivery is added at checkout, as shown on our delivery page. The price you pay is the one shown when you place your order, even if it changes later.
Payment
Pay the courier in cash when your order arrives, in US dollars or in Lebanese pounds at the day’s rate.
Products
We describe and photograph every piece as accurately as we can, including its material and measurements. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another, and natural materials such as leather vary a little from piece to piece; this is not a fault.
Delivery
We deliver across Lebanon within the times shown on our delivery page. Someone must be available to receive the order; if a delivery fails because nobody could be reached, we may cancel the order.
Exchanges and faulty items
Within 7 days of delivery you can exchange a piece for another size, unworn and with its tags, or report a faulty item, as set out on our returns page. We do not accept returns because you changed your mind. Your rights under Lebanese consumer protection law are not affected.
Promo codes
One promo code per order. A code comes off the order total, has the conditions shown when it was issued (such as a minimum order or end date), cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time. If an order is cancelled, the code can be used again.
Your account
You do not need an account to order. If you create one, keep your password private; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings.
Our content
The Orvelle name, logo, photographs and text on this site belong to Orvelle and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered as described. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control, such as strikes, road closures or power cuts, and, as far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by Lebanese law, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it.
